What is your payment policy?
We require a deposit to reserve your date. The remainder is due two months prior to your event date. Cancellation of your event results in forfeit of the deposit.
Are there any cleaning fees?
A damage and cleaning deposit is required and will be refunded after your event, as long as all required cleanup has been completed with no damage to Puget Valley Farm.
Do you require liability insurance?
We will assist you in securing the required liability insurance for your event.
What time does our event need to end?
Venue rental ends at 11:00 pm. Cleanup must be finished and last guest must depart no later than 11:00 pm.
What is your smoking policy?
Smoking is permitted only in designated area(s). Marijuana is prohibited. No illegal substance of any kind is permitted. Failure to follow this policy may result in forfeiture of deposit.
What is your alcohol policy?
Alcoholic beverages at Puget Valley Farm are subject to the rules established by the Washington State Liquor Control Board and Puget Valley Farm. You are required to obtain a Banquet Permit and provide a copy to Puget Valley Farm one (1) week prior to your event. To obtain your permit, visit https://lcb.wa.gov/licensing/banquet-permits.
Can we use our own vendors?
Vendor selection is of your choosing; however, we can provide you with recommendations.
